Position Overview We're looking for energetic, reliable, and sales-focused individuals to join our Saratoga Car Wash team! As a Car Wash Team Member, you'll help ensure each customer leaves with a clean car and a smile. Responsibilities With a friendly smile, greet customers and guide them through the car wash process Selling our popular Unlimited Wash Membership Plan while earning commission. Explain car wash services and wash packages Recommend upgrades to services when appropriate Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of the facility and work area Provide excellent customer service and assist with questions or concerns Follow all safety guidelines and company policies Qualifications Friendly, positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to stand for extended periods Previous car wash or customer service experience is a plus, but not required - training provided!
