About the job Project Engineer We're partnering with a civil construction firm to conduct a search for an experienced Project Engineer. Position Details: Title: Project Engineer Location: Saratoga, NY office with regional project site visits (occasional overnight travel may be required) Key Responsibilities: Support Project Managers and Estimators through all phases of projects, from preconstruction to closeout Assist with project bidding, subcontractor scoping, quantity takeoffs, and estimating activities Coordinate communications between owners, contractors, and subcontractors Implement and maintain project control systems, document management, and reporting Track project milestones, status updates, and assist with scheduling Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with safety, staffing, and equipment requirements Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field Experience as a Project Engineer, Project Coordinator, or Junior Project Manager Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software Eagerness to grow into Project Management or Estimating roles Compensation and Benefits: Base Salary: $75,000-$90,000 range Bonus potential based on individual and company performance Medical, dental, and vision insurance (contributory plans) Short-term and long-term disability insurance fully covered 401(k) Plan with safe harbor matching contributions Paid time off Career development support including training, certifications, and mentorship Other Important Details: Employment is contingent upon passing a pre-employment background check and drug screening Email your resume directly to .
