We're seeking a dynamic, highly-skilled support professional for our Audit team, who is eager to make a significant impact. If you're looking for an opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and have a passion for accounting and finance, we want to hear from you!This position will be located in our Sarasota office 5 days/week.Key Responsibilities:Compile records requested from clients and management companiesAccess/download records from clients' portalsOrganize and prepared list of workpapers in H:drive using a standard format to assist auditors identify pending itemsAssist auditors in obtaining pending records from clients as requested by auditorsSet up trial balances in Excel format in Hdrive for review of auditorsSet up binders for new and existing clientsReview binders and import appropriate workpapersEnsure binder workpaper organization is in accordance with templateUpdate footnotes language and financial statements footers in accordance with accounting changes noted in templateThe ideal candidate will possess:Ideally will have experience in a public accounting firm, but not requiredStrong written and communication skillsStrong organizational skills
