You'll operate as a forward-deployed change agent - owning executive alignment, process redesign, and AI-driven transformation for our client's most strategic enterprise customers.Typical Day-to-Day (Tasks & Responsibilities)60% Customer-Facing:Executive workshops, strategy sessions, value realization planningActing as trusted advisor and forward-deployed change leader20% Planning:Designing Time-to-Value plans and executive narrativesAligning internal teams ahead of customer engagements20% Execution / Build:Improving delivery processes and internal infrastructureCreating scalable frameworks and AI-enabled workflowsPartner closely with Sales, Product, and EngineeringOccasionally support pre-sales conversations to help close strategic customersQualifications:8+ years experience in consulting, transformation, operations, or forward-deployed rolesProven experience owning post-contract value realization for enterprise customers ("post sales")Strong process engineering background (must understand operational design deeply)Executive-level presence; able to sit in boardrooms and co-create strategy with senior leadersDemonstrated change management experience driving adoption and buy-inHighly analytical, outcome-oriented, and comfortable operating in ambiguityAI-forward mindset with ability to learn quickly and apply emerging technologies
