Surgery - General Nurse Practitioner

JOB DETAILS: _We are looking for 1-2 providers to help with urgent coverage in Santa Rosa from June 1st to August 31st. Provider must have at least 2 weeks on/2 weeks off availability or more. Shifts are going to be 10 hours (8am-6pm). Must have a PA with general surgery experience. PA-C NPs can be consider but must have ACNP credential and be nationally certified. Please ensure bids reflect the below: - Guaranteed Hours: 8 per day - OT to apply after 8 hours per day REQUIREMENTS: ACTIVE CA license and CA DEA Board Certified OR experience BLS and ACLS certifications REQUIREMENTS: _Active CA License and CA DEA Board Certified or Board Eligible provider within 3-5 years of residency BLS and ACLS certifications
