Your responsibilities for this on-site position will include:Coordinating schedules, managing attorney calendars, and arranging client calls and internal meetingsMaintaining well organized client files and database records with exceptional accuracyHandling day to day administrative tasks such as answering phones, processing mail, and supporting general office operationsAssisting with office logistics including ordering supplies, making copies, and preparing shipping labelsHelping plan and coordinate client webinars, firm events, and other team activitiesWhat You BringWe're looking for someone who is organized, communicative, and eager to contribute. Ideal candidates will have:A bachelor's degree or associate's degree with strong academic performanceExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong proofreading abilitiesStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google AppsTyping speed of 50+ wpmAt least one year of experience as a legal secretary or administrative/executive assistant in a corporate law setting (patent, trademark, general corporate, business immigration, etc.)"”a plus, but not requiredComfort communicating directly with corporate clients via email and phoneOutstanding attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast paced environmentNote: Candidates selected for an interview will be asked to complete a computer skills and typing test.
