Title: Occupational Health Nurse Practitoner(Center-Based)Summary:A healthcare organization is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner for a center-based site in Modesto, CA. This role is fully patient-facing (100% clinical) and includes collaborating with therapists and staff to deliver high-quality, efficient care while driving strong patient outcomes.Day to Day:Provide direct patient care in a center setting, focusing on efficiency and exceptional patient experienceImprove workflows and clinical processes to minimize visit times and enhance care deliveryMaintain accurate documentation, coding, and charge capture using clinical systemsEnsure compliance with state regulations and workers compensation guidelinesCommunicate with employers regarding new injuries and significant updatesParticipate in team meetings to support patient safety, quality, and center growthBuild relationships with clients and respond to requests within 24 hoursQualifications:APRN from an accredited programActive, unrestricted California license (or in progress)Board certified Active DEA registrationCurrent BLS & AED certification required; ACLS preferredNRCME (DOT Medical Examiner) certification required or ability to obtain within 30 daysOccupational Health or Urgent Care experience preferredPerks!:Salary range: starting at $156,000 Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, CME, etc.)Monday Friday schedule with no weekendsManageable patient volume ( 3 patients per hour)Shift:Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
