Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Contract administration, personnel and subcontractor documentation. • Support SVI staff who are experienced and trained in the appropriate professions associated with cultural resources and have the knowledge, skills, experience, and training in the numerous specialties required to complete cultural monitoring. • Organizing, attending, and documenting meetings, presentations and calls that includes preparing agendas, ensuring appropriate staff attend and providing meeting minutes. Minutes must be prepared and delivered within 3 business days of each event. • Preparing and submitting monthly status reports. The monthly status report shall document all activities conducted under the contract for the prior month, and/or planned for the following month. • Collection, maintenance, and management of the Administrative Record. • Ensuring SVI records the return of all federal property to the customer, including but not limited to Administrative Record, GIS files, all field notes, photographs, maps, and all federally provided tools and equipment. • Organizing and distributing archaeologists and cultural monitors daily reports for monitoring during construction. • Processing expense reports. • Handling documents related to supplemental Class III surveys that include the collection and management of geographic information data. • Collaboration with contractors, Reclamation staff, Tribes, and stakeholders. • Tribal access and data collection agreements. • Other duties assigned by the Senior Project Manager. Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications • Education Requirements: Associate or bachelor’s degree in business related field is desirable • Level of Experience Requirements: Experience with local, state, tribal, and federal governments Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics • Communication skills: Will be a gatekeeper for multiple SVI staff that work with high volume messages, visitors and or callers. • Time management: Managing SVI staff, projects, time and financial reporting. • Trustworthiness: Will have access to sensitive information, and confidentiality is a must. • Multitasking: Will regularly handle more than one task at a time. • Proficient in written and oral communication at a professional level and able to compose written documentation that is professional, thorough, clear, and precise that requires little to no correction. Proficient using MS Office with a focus on Word and Excel, Adobe Acrobat, email, etc. • Mental and physical ability to work the required hours, in ambient weather conditions, and mobilize around a construction site and office environment. • Proactive and self-motivated. Performs in a professional, responsible manner. Works independently and as a team member and follows industry standards. Demonstrates proficiency at managing time efficiently, working independently, and adhering to schedule. Preferred • None Supervisory Responsibilities • This position will not have supervisory responsibilities. Schedule and Flexibility: Occasional travel may be required. Occasional “off shift” evening/weekend/holiday work may be required. Additional Qualifying Factors As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain and maintain the appropriate clearance levels required and must also be able to obtain access to military installations. Other Pertinent Work Details: No Supervisory responsibilities. As a condition of employment, will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as periodic random drug screenings, have acceptable reference and background check results.
