Join our Team! We’ve started our search for candidates who want to experience an adventure of a lifetime as a Seasonal Housing Front Desk Team Member at Holiday World & Splashin' Safari. The discoveries you make on our award-winning team as you journey through FUN is what leads our Guests to embark on their own adventure full of memories, season after season. Seasonal Housing Front Desk Team Members manage the front desk duties of Compass Commons, our Team Member housing building. Team Members will check new residents in, answer resident questions, help with events and outings, and help to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for our residents. How You'll Be Making a Difference • Answer resident questions and offer assistance as needed. • Complete the check in process for new residents (paperwork, key cards, room assignments) • Check out resources for resident use, assist with resident engagement events. • Learn and remain knowledgeable of Housing safety procedures, act as responsible person on duty. • Maintain and enforce all Housing and company rules as outlined in the handbook. • Willingness to work closely with the Housing Cleaning Team and assist as necessary. • Other duties as assigned. Requirements • Must be at least 18 years old or older • Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, including Sundays • Strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language • Enthusiastic approach to helping employees • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent follow-up skills • High degree of professional integrity • Strong attention to detail Our employee perks are legendary!
