Job Description:
IT Service Desk Agent Stoltenberg Consulting • United States (Remote) 10 years IT, actual technical resolutions, networks, citrix, printers, servers, drivers, installing and troubleshooting software, etc. CompTIA A+ cert a plus. FTEs with our company cannot do any other EMR FTE or consulting for any other firms or clients. Expected hours: 40 per week. Create tickets if receiving directly via phone. Evaluate all incoming tickets. If unable to resolve, elevate to other resources as needed based on complexity or duration of support needed. Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot IT issues via phone, via remote assistance, or various self"‘service ticketing systems. Provide support for workflow related problems. Receive and review all incoming client issues via phone, email or online ticket portal. Create tickets if receiving directly via phone. Provide level 1 & 2 remote technical support on various issues such as login issues, printing, network and basic desktop & server troubleshooting. Evaluate all incoming tickets. If unable to resolve, elevate to other resources as needed based on complexity or duration of support needed. Assist in resolving Epic and Cerner tasks such as user account management and access control. Set up and troubleshoot Epic and Cerner connectivity for remote users. Collaborate with the client Epic and Cerner analysts to ensure seamless operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
