Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

My name is Aaron Littlefield, and I am reaching out on behalf of a group we contract with for locum coverage in the Bay Area.Locum Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Employee Health Clinic Location: Santa Clara, CA (Bay Area) Assignment Dates: June 30, 2025 August 27, 2025 (9-week contract with possible extension) Clinic Type: Employee Health Corporate/Occupational Health Shift Details:• Monday Wednesday• 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (30-minute meal break)Responsibilities:• Conduct health evaluations and physical assessments• Treat minor work-related injuries and illnesses• Perform wellness screenings, vaccinations, and TB tests• Support COVID-19 protocols and return-to-work evaluations• Collaborate with on-site physicians, RNs, and administrative staff• Maintain accurate EMR documentation (Epic preferred)• Educate employees on preventive care and lifestyle improvementsRequirements:• Current California RN & NP license• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)• BLS certification (ACLS a plus)• Minimum 1 2 years of clinical experience (occupational health preferred)• Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skillsCompensation & Benefits:• Competitive hourly rate (DOE)• W-2 Required in CaliforniaContact:• Aaron Littlefield• Call/Text: Please contact me for more details if interested.
