If you have strong understanding of low-voltage equipment and basic 120/240-volt systems, and are looking for your next career move, apply now.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Low Voltage Technician I to maintain, repair, and install low voltage equipment and related systems. This position will be full-time contract and onsite.What You’ll DoMaintain, repair, and install low voltage equipment including card access, low voltage controls, physical security systems, CCTV cameras, and network video recorders at tolling sites and department facilitiesTroubleshoot and maintain data cabling systems, power and data cable infrastructureUtilize software tools for diagnostics and repairsCoordinate services across multiple departments and complete necessary documentationWhat You'll NeedRequired:Valid Class E Driver's LicenseStrong understanding of low-voltage equipment and basic 120/240-volt systemsExperience with CCTV, security systems, access controls, thermostats, relay logic, RS-485, and networkingDemonstrate workmanship and practical skills beyond textbook knowledge.Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and manualsSkilled in using volt/amp meters and basic hand toolsFamiliar with facilities maintenanceStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to work at heights up to 30 feet and lift up to 50 poundsPreferred:Three years of experience in cabling systemsWithin one year of hire, Aerial Lift Vehicle Operation Certification and a 10-hour OSHA Safety CoursePhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitorAbility to work at heights up to 30 feet and lift up to 50 pounds#LI-CB1Reasonable accommodation statementIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to or (888) 824 – 8111.$25.20 per hourThe pay range for this position is listed above.
