About Planisware:Planisware is a leading provider of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions, helping organizations connect strategy to execution and drive better business outcomes.Our platform enables companies to plan, prioritize, and deliver complex initiatives across R&D, IT, and capital projects, with strong adoption across pharmaceutical, medical device, manufacturing, energy, and financial services industries.With a strong foundation, global presence, and continued growth, Planisware is uniquely positioned to shape the future of portfolio management.About the role:As an Associate Account Executive, you'll play a key role in driving Planisware's growth by finding new opportunities, engaging with prospects, and supporting account executives.Working with experienced sales leaders, you'll gain deep expertise in the market, Planisware's solutions, and how to generate interest from the very first conversation.What You'll Do:Accelerate pipeline growth through intelligent ABM campaigns, combining all channels available (social selling, emails, calls, etc.) with IT and Digital teams. Drive attendance and engagement by promoting key events and webinars. Generate excitement and interest during discovery calls with prospective customers. Support Account Executives in preparing proposals, managing RFPs, and delivering demos. Partner with Marketing to convert inbound leads effectively and efficiently. Maintain clear, organized documentation and ensure CRM data is accurate as opportunities progress. What You BringExcellent communication skills and enthusiasm for customer engagement. Curiosity, adaptability, and the ability to quickly understand complex software. A proactive, high-energy approach to teamwork and sales execution. Grit, particularly the ability to embrace rejections while maintaining a confident, positive, and solution-oriented sales approach. Required Qualifications:Minimum 2+ years of experience as a BDR, SDR, or similar role.A bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field.Experience performing outbound sales activities.Preferred Qualifications Background in project or product management. Exposure to IT, Finance, or Healthcare industries. Planisware currently has a hybrid policy of working in-office four days per week, Monday-Thursday, with remote flexibility on Friday. This is subject to change as the company sees fit.
