This role is ideal for someone who thrives in technically demanding environments and has strong experience managing MEP-intensive projects.You'll be responsible for driving project execution on-site"”ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence, and seamless coordination across all trades and stakeholders.What You'll DoLead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeoutManage project schedules, sequencing, and daily field operationsCoordinate complex MEP systems and ensure successful integrationOversee subcontractors, manpower planning, and material logisticsMaintain jobsite safety, including daily meetings and compliance standardsEnsure quality control (QA/QC) and adherence to plans, specs, and codesManage RFIs, submittals, inspections, and project documentationDrive progress toward milestones, including punch list and closeoutMaintain accurate daily reports and as-built documentationPartner closely with project managers, clients, architects, and engineersWhat You Bring5-8+ years of construction experience, including 4+ years as a SuperintendentStrong background with a commercial general contractorProven expertise in MEP coordination within complex buildsAbility to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environmentsSolid understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and inspectionsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsOSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR (or ability to obtain quickly)Life sciences or technical project experience is a plusWork EnvironmentThis is a primarily field-based role (90%+ on-site), requiring hands-on leadership and real-time coordination.
