Manpower - - Responsibilities: Plan, book, and track ocean & air imports from supplier partners, managing incoterms, routing, and transit-time targets; Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely filings, documentation, and customs clearance; Monitor port congestion, demurrage/detention risks, and execute expedites or mode shifts as needed; Maintain accurate shipment milestones and share proactive updates with stakeholders; Schedule inbound appointments, coordinate pickups and deliveries, and optimize freight consolidations to control costs
