Shipping Coordinator

About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to support daily outbound shipments in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on execution, accuracy, and real-time coordination across systems, carriers, and internal teams.You will be responsible for ensuring products ship correctly, on time, and in compliance with company and security standards.Shift Types:Day Shift 7am-3:30pmSwing Shift 3:15pm- 11:45pm + 10% shift differentialQualificationsB.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent experienceAbility to lift up to 50 lbs2+ years of shipping experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience supporting outbound and international shipmentsWhat You Will DoExecute daily outbound shipment schedules based on changing prioritiesVerify shipment accuracy using counts, weights, and measurementsCompare shipping data against bills of lading, invoices, and system recordsMonitor outbound shipments and update tracking tools in real timeMaintain accurate daily shipping logs and close transactions properlyReport shipment discrepancies to supervisors and program teamsCoordinate with carriers, internal departments, and external customersSupport international and urgent shipments throughout the dayUse Shop Floor Control systems and SAP to track product movementEnsure compliance with C-TPAT and company shipping standardsTechnical SkillsSAP experience preferredShop Floor Control or similar production tracking systemsMicrosoft Office, especially ExcelShipping and inventory tracking toolsCarrier systems such as FedEx or UPS
