We are looking for a new Client Service Lead at our San Francisco hospital!About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned Client Service Lead to oversee and enhance our department. This role is essential in ensuring that our Client Service Coordinators provide exceptional service as the initial point of contact for our clients.Compensation for this role falls between $34 - $40 per hour.As a veterinary Client Service Lead, you will be responsible for the following duties:Lead and mentor a team of Client Service CoordinatorsSee that all team members deliver outstanding client experiencesDevelop and manage the monthly scheduling to ensure appropriate coverageSupervise department payroll and staffing costs, including the review and approval of timecardsServe as a Client Service Coordinator when necessaryEnsure the accurate completion of daily financial close processesContribute to the development and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and complianceDrive performance in staff development, training, client satisfaction, and safetyOther duties as assignedBasic Qualifications:A minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced client service environmentExperience in a veterinary clinic is requiredExperience with Vetspire or EzyVet software is preferredDemonstrated self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, professionalism, and a positive demeanorProven ability to lead by example, mentor, and train team members effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and communication systemsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenWork Schedule:Full-TimeFlexible schedule requiredBenefits: Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceDisability insuranceLife insuranceFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA)401(k) retirement planEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)3 weeks accrued paid time off (PTO)Uniform allowance Join us in shaping the future of veterinary excellence and professional growth!
