Job Title: Talent Acquisition / Technical RecruiterLocation: San Fernando Valley, Ca OverviewWe are seeking a driven Talent Acquisition professional to support hiring efforts at a fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing site. This individual will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and advancing top talent across a variety of roles, partnering closely with hiring leaders to meet critical staffing needs.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can manage multiple priorities, and takes ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategiesProactively source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.)Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including screening, interview coordination, and candidate experienceConduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and alignment with role requirementsMaintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure an efficient and high-quality hiring processTrack candidate activity and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking systemQualifications2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably supporting full lifecycle recruitingExperience recruiting in fast-paced or high-volume environmentsBackground in manufacturing, engineering, or other regulated industries is a plusStrong ability to assess talent and make informed recommendationsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyProactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating with a sense of urgencyWork EnvironmentHybrid work model (3-4 days onsite, 1-2 days remote)Collaborative, high-energy team environmentFast-paced setting with evolving priorities and hiring needsCompensationHourly rate: $45-$60/hour (commensurate with experience)
