Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care by applying the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Monitor cardiac status using telemetry and respond promptly to clinical changes. Communicate effectively with physicians regarding patient condition, diagnostic results, and treatment responses. Guide and support patient/family education and collaborate with other nursing personnel to maintain care standards. Utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment to manage patient care safely within scope of practice. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Current and valid registered nurse license in the state. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. Experience with ventilator management is preferred. COVID-19 vaccination and booster doses preferred.
