Position responsibilities: * The Delivery Manager is responsible for managing the operation and maintenance of motor vehicles and equipment * This role will manage key operating performance indicators including offload rates as well as managing performance to budget and meeting financial goals * You will establish and maintain positive customer relationships by providing oversight to route planning to meet customer needs * This role will also need to P/partner with human resources to ensure appropriate staffing levels throughout the year in order to foster a work environment with maximized employee involvement * The Delivery Manager will provide development to supervisory and driver staff, and potentially lead various committees, such as quality and safety * Other duties as assigned Qualifications Required Education and Experience: * Bachelor's Degree with 5 plus years of related experience and 2 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 8 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of management experience Preferred Education and Experience: * Master's Degree Essential Information for Our Employees At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
