Lead Generation Specialist - PST RemoteWe are currently seeking candidates for a Lead Generation Specialist role with a well-established real estate firm. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and researching real estate opportunities to fuel inorganic growth activities, supporting the Product and Strategy team with lead development and data management. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of data entry or related office experience with strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently with satellite imagery and search engines.This is a 12-month contract position paying $21-$23/hour. This role is fully remote for candidates located in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone. The position starts May 19, 2026.Responsibilities:Leverage satellite imagery and search engines to identify and develop new lead opportunities.Collaborate with the M&A team to validate and verify prospective leads.Maintain data entry standards by adhering to established program techniques and procedures.Support the Marketing department by managing inbound calls, routing communications, and reviewing campaign collateral.Coordinate research initiatives and perform ongoing database maintenance and cleanup.Clean and organize data lists for outbound marketing campaigns.Deliver regular updates and reports to management on data project status and progress.Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred.Minimum 1 year of data entry or related office experience required.Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel, and foundational knowledge of database systems.Ability to enter data quickly and accurately with strong computer skills.Experience with Salesforce preferred; familiarity with mapping platforms and sourcing individual contact details a plus.Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks within agreed-upon timeframes through effective prioritization in a fast-paced environment.Excellent attention to detail and strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to convey ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.Ability to collaborate with different functional groups and employee levels to achieve results professionally and efficiently.For immediate consideration, interested and qualified candidates should send their resume to Jackson at jnichols@
