We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Job Advertising & Social Media Administrator to support our recruiting and talent acquisition efforts. This role is responsible for developing compelling, compliant job advertisements, producing marketing materials for recruitment campaigns, managing relationships with job boards and vendors, and supporting social media engagement aligned with organizational messaging. We guard these values and attributes fiercely.About the Position:Job Advertising & CopywritingWrite clear, engaging, and compliant job advertisements aligned with company branding and legal guidelinesEnsure all job postings meet regulatory, internal policy, and platform-specific requirementsOptimize job descriptions for visibility and candidate engagement across various job boardsCollaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to accurately reflect role requirements and expectationsRecruitment Marketing SupportDesign and produce recruiting flyers, digital assets, and promotional materialsAssist in executing recruitment marketing campaigns across multiple channelsMaintain consistency in branding and messaging across all recruiting materialsSupport special hiring initiatives, events, and campaignsVendor & Job Board CoordinationServe as the primary liaison between the organization and external job boards/vendorsManage job postings, updates, and renewals across platformsTroubleshoot posting issues and coordinate resolutions with vendorsTrack performance metrics and provide insights on posting effectivenessSocial Media AdministrationMonitor company social media channels for comments, messages, and engagementRespond to inquiries and comments based on guidance from managementEscalate sensitive or complex issues appropriatelyAssist in scheduling and publishing recruiting-related contentQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience)1+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, social media management, or job advertisingStrong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detailFamiliarity with employment compliance considerations in job postingsExperience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) preferredKnowledge of major job boards and social media platformsExcellent organizational and communication skillsCreative thinking with strong attention to compliance and accuracyAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyStrong collaboration skills and responsiveness to directionWhat We Can Offer You for All Your Hard Work:Medical, dental, vision, life insurance coverageFlexible Spending Accounts401kVacation/SickHolidayDiscount programsAce Parking is committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals.
