This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being both in the office and out on the floor, supporting employees directly while keeping HR processes organized, compliant, and running smoothly.Position OverviewThe HR Specialist will support core HR functions including payroll coordination, employee relations support, and administrative processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires someone who is tactical, detail-oriented, and approachable, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
