Our client is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Shipping Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day warehouse and administrative operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, balancing light office work with physical warehouse tasks, and helping keep shipping and fulfillment running smoothly in a casual but professional, client-facing environment.In this position, you will assist with shipping label creation, kitting and packaging products for shipment, maintaining warehouse organization, and providing general administrative support as needed. The right candidate is comfortable working independently, takes pride in accuracy, and can adapt to shifting priorities.On-site in the Rancho Bernardo, CARoughly 15-20 hours per week on an ongoing basis - schedule is flexible.KeyResponsibilitiesCreate and prepare shipping labels accurately and efficientlyKit, pack, and organize products for outgoing shipmentsMaintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouseTrack materials, supplies, and shipment-related documentationProvide light administrative support including data entry, filing, and coordination tasksAssist with inventory-related organization and basic recordkeepingSupport client-facing interactions with professionalism and courtesyHelp ensure daily operations are completed on time and with attention to detailQualificationsPrevious experience in administrative support, shipping, warehouse support, or a similar role preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable handling packaging, labeling, and light physical tasksBasic computer skills and ability to learn shipping or inventory systemsDependable, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervisionStrong communication skills and a professional, client-ready demeanorMust be able to lift up to 50lbs.
