Crystal Dynamics invites dedicated individuals to apply for a remote internship that begins with a short onboarding experience at our San Carlos, CA studio. As part of this 12-week program, you will take part in meaningful, hands-on work that contributes to not just Crystal Dynamics game projects. This role focuses on aligning each project with the franchise's vision, encompassing various stages from conception to post-launch. Throughout the program, you will step into a professional development environment where ongoing projects, experienced mentors, and collaborative teams give you a direct view into brand and IP management. This internship is designed to help you build industry-ready skills, form strong professional relationships, and deepen your understanding of how a world-class franchise is run. Eligibility & How to Apply Eligibility Criteria: Enrolled as a college Junior or Senior (Seniors could have graduated in Fall/Winter 2025 or will be graduating in Spring 2026). Pursuing a degree in Game Production, Game Design, Interactive Media, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Availability to work full-time (40hrs/week) for the duration of the program (June 1st - August 21st, 2026). Able to work onsite at our studio in San Carlos, CA for the first week of onboarding. Able to work remotely for the remaining 11 weeks post-onboarding or hybrid from our San Carlos office. Legal eligibility to work in the United States. What You Will Do Utilize industry-standard tools such as Jira or Trello to aid in the development of high-level plans and schedules. Participate in the authoring and response processes of Request for Proposal (RFP) materials. Support franchise leadership in navigating and solving project management issues by assisting with project roadmap management to ensure alignment with contracted deliverables and by coordinating administrative, legal, and cross-team approval workflows. Enhance your understanding of the franchise team's decision-making process and how to effectively communicate these decisions to internal and external teams. What Makes You Stand Out Experience, coursework, or examples demonstrating foundational production, coordination, or organizational skills, including one or more of the following: Asset organization or repository management within shared file systems. Workflow tracking, project board updates, or task coordination across team-based projects. Documentation organization, preparing materials for internal reviews, or tracking revisions and feedback across collaborative work. Exposure to industry-standard project management, collaboration, or documentation tools. Industry involvement outside classroom curriculum such as game jams, comics, film productions, personal projects, and/or contributions to group projects that show going above and beyond. Willingness to tackle challenges, learn from feedback, and adapt to new tools or workflows. Ability to communicate ideas with eagerness to learn and turn feedback into action. Compensation & Benefits Compensation for this internship is $20-24 per hour. Compensation is location-based and will be aligned to the intern's confirmed work location during the program. Interns are also eligible for a medical, dental, and vision benefits package. Your recruiter can provide more information about total compensation.
