We believe in fostering a positive, inclusive environment where our staff can grow professionally and feel valued every step of the way.BCBA-led leadership and strong clinical mentorshipSupervised hours toward BCBA certificationManageable caseloads and strong administrative supportFlexible scheduling and hybrid opportunitiesClear growth pathways into BCBA and leadership rolesEthical, family-centered, data-driven ABAROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Supervise and support Behavior InterventionistsConduct and oversee Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)Design, monitor, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervisionProvide ongoing staff training, modeling, and supportMonitor data collection, treatment fidelity, and clinical qualityConduct weekly case visits and caregiver training sessionsComplete progress reports and maintain accurate documentationParticipate in monthly clinical meetings and professional development activitiesEnsure timely submission of billing, clinical notes, and other required materialsAddress clinical concerns and conduct internal quality assurance checksMaintain consistent communication with all members of the care teamQUALFICATIONS:Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or a related fieldEnrollment in a BCBA program or actively accruing supervision hours (preferred)Bilingual in Spanish (strongly preferred), but not requiredPrior clinical experience in ABAExperience using ABA data collection and program management platformsStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to pass a background check and provide TB clearanceReliable transportation with valid insurancePOSITION BENEFITS:Highly competitive pay (DOE)Hybrid remote scheduleMedical and dental insurancePaid drive time + mileage reimbursementPhone reimbursementFlexible work hoursCareer advancement opportunitiesOngoing training and professional developmentSupportive and collaborative company cultureSound like your kind of gig?
