Responsibilities: * Act as the Rides Manager on Duty, making operational decisions and ensuring smooth operations across all rides. * Ensure team compliance with safety standards and Six Flags policies. * Oversee and collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure safe and efficient operation of ride shut down. * Supervise, develop, and evaluate the leadership team and team members, holding them accountable for attendance, performance, cleanliness, and meeting departmental goals. * Adhere to and enforce operating expense budgets to ensure we are aligned with company guidelines. * Establishing a culture of feedback, learning, and adaptation to continuously improve efficiency and meet evolving throughput goals. * Prioritize Guests needs to deliver an outstanding experience. * Support team members to ensure efficient and safe operation of rides. * Collaborate with the training team to ensure team members and leadership are properly certified and prepared for success. * Work closely with supervisors, team members, and department heads to advance departmental initiatives. * Collaborate with the scheduling team to maintain adequate staffing levels for daily operations and special events. * Uphold park standards for safety, friendliness, cleanliness, and efficiency. * Comply with all other duties assigned to support the Operations Division and the Park's operation. Qualifications: * Must be at least 18 years of age. * Must possess a valid Driver's License. * Ability to work a flexible schedule and varied shifts including holidays and weekends. * Working knowledge of Microsoft office. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Possess the ability to work independently and manage high level tasks and projects. * Commitment to a total safety, having a strong safety-first mentality. * Preferred a minimum of 3 years theme park experience, including at least 1 year in leadership. * Preferred current iROC Trainer or Instructor Certification.
