Responsibilities Job Summary: As a FOGS Coordinator, you'll coordinate the processes and people that drive material management within Manufacturing facilities. Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions: * Manufacturing Operations / Compliance: * Successfully completes required training; applies related knowledge to all responsibilities; training includes Hazardous Communication, Lock Out / Tag Out, Fire Prevention, Confined Space, Hearing Conservation, Personal Protective Equipment / Job Hazard Analysis, Emergency Action Plan, Drug Free Workplace, Powered Material Handling Equipment, Blood Borne Pathogens, Accident Investigation, Storm Water * Monitors flow of goods through the Plant by ensuring documentation is performed timely, accurately, and efficiently * Monitors accuracy of inventory levels in Axapta * Identifies discrepancies in inventory levels; works to correct them * Monitors inventory accuracy through accurate inventory counts, proper scanning, and accurate receiving * Analyzes inventory level shortages and overages; ensures issues are fixed * Ensures the first product in is the first product out * Adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) * Performs additional duties as assigned * Administration / Reporting & Documentation: * Ensures purchase orders are processed accurately and closed within specified deadlines * Processes cycles, to include reconciliation, on a weekly basis * Records, processes, monitors, accounts for, and tracks inventories, warehouse transfers, certifications, and invoicing accurately and on time * Reconciles receiving, processing, transferring, and shipping transactions * Troubleshoots / problem-solves system production and accounting issues * Performs data entry tasks * Compiles, organizes, and maintains reports * Maintains and publishes reports such as period end report, weekly sales / gross margin, ending dollar value, detailed variances, invoicing, and billing * Applies a general understanding of reports generated by supervisors and managers The responsibilities and essential functions outlined above describe the general nature and level of work assigned to this position.
