Join us and play an important part on our incredible team!Detailed Responsibilities: Holding pre-shift meetings to set the tone for daily operations while sharing crucial park operations informationSupport team member orientation and training to ensure all department staff are fully onboarded in a positive mannerOverseeing service standards during park operating hours to ensure a high level of the guest experienceEnsuring accurate daily, weekly and end of month inventory completionFully engaged in managing park operations to obtain budgeted / financial targetsManaging product transfers and requisition sheets to accurately track products during eventsManaging and resolving guest complaintsDevelop team members through training, feedback and coachingManaging team member incidents / accidents and following all required reporting proceduresCompleting daily operations readiness reportsCompleting a monthly department safety inspectionMonthly safety training conducted for team membersManaging team member scheduling in line with attendance forecastsVerifying payroll dailyManage menu processes Support and manage operations to ensure proper staffing levels are metCompleting operational walks of the park Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policiesOpening / Closing inspections of park operationsSupporting other departments as demanded by the businessOther duties/responsibilities as assigned Skills & Qualifications2+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position. Multi-unit operational experience preferredMinimum High School diploma or equivalent.
