Job Summary:We're always looking for passionate professionals to join our team! This posting is for our Talent Pool for Preschool Services. By applying, you'll be considered for future openings for Assistant Teachers and Lead Teachers at both our Higgins and Lullwood campuses.While this is not an immediate opening, joining our talent pool means you'll be among the first to know when positions become available.Responsibilities: Provide high-quality services in our Preschool center. Collaborate with families and team members to support child development. Maintain compliance with program standards and documentation requirements.Qualifications:Required: Must be 18 years of age or older and have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or enrolled in a program leading to a one year certificate, to be completed within the first 6-12 months of employment.Preferred: Two years' experience working with individuals with special needs, delays and/or vulnerable populations who have chronic or complex conditions. Two (2) or more years of experience working in a licensed and/or accredited childcare center, special and/or early child education, or other experience working with children 0-5 years of age.
