LTL Clerk

DescriptionThe LTL Clerk will be responsible for creating bill of ladings (BOLs) for door pallets produced on the production floor. This position involves data entry, coordination with LTL carriers, and occasional physical loading tasks.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:• Create accurate BOLs for daily door pallet production.• Perform efficient and accurate data entry into carrier platforms.• Navigate various LTL carrier websites to generate and submit BOLs.• Collaborate with production to ensure timely documentation.• Assist with loading pallets onto trailers when needed.Required Skills & Qualifications:• Strong data entry and typing skills.• Experience with shipping or carrier web platforms is a plus.• Attention to detail and accuracy.• Physical capability to assist with loading when required.• Comfortable working on a production floor.Work Schedule:• Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.• Flexibility to work up to 6:00 p.m. when needed.• Occasional Saturday shifts based on production demands.
