Position Summary As an Inspector/Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our medical molded plastic components. You'll inspect, weigh, package, and sort out defective products, contributing to the high standards our company is known for. Key Responsibilities Maintain a clean work area. Manually assemble small parts using hand tools, fixtures, and/or equipment. Conduct visual inspections using magnification to ensure product quality. Complete production records and work order documentation accurately. Weigh, count, package, and label finished products. Requirements High School Diploma or GED. Must be 18 years of age or older. Ability to read and understand procedures. Good hand/eye coordination. Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Capable of occasionally lifting objects up to 25 lbs. Preferences Previous experience in a similar role. Experience with inventory management systems. Work Environment This role is performed in a clean room environment, where you may be required to sit or stand for long periods. You'll use computers or touch screens to enter work order data. Schedule This position operates on a 12-hour rotating shift from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM, providing a great work-life balance with less than 5% travel required.
