Job Description:
Focus on Asphalt Paving and Concrete Projects. Experience is required. Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementationAllocate resources for assigned projectsSupervise onsite personnel and subcontractorsInterface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clientsNegotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costsMaintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specificationsTravel to different job sites.Qualifications:10+ years of field experience preferred5+ years of field leadership experience preferredPrevious experience in construction management and / or Asphalt Paving or Concrete ConstructionWillingness to travelFamiliarity with professional communicationStrong leadership qualitiesStrong negotiation skillsDeadline and detail-orientedSalary is competitive and will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
