Required Skills and Qualifications: Valid Certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Current and unrestricted RN and CRNA licensure in the state of practice Proven experience providing anesthesia care in an in-house, surgical, or hospital setting Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, protocols, and safety procedures Excellent patient assessment and communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Nice to Have Skills: Experience with various anesthesia modalities and complex cases Bilingual abilities or additional language skills Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Preferred Education and Experience: Master s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program At least 2 years of hands-on anesthesia experience in a hospital or surgical center setting Other Requirements: Availability for flexible shifts, including variable days and hours Willingness to work in an in-house capacity for 8-hour shifts Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to all regulatory standards Our competitive pay packages, weekly direct deposit payments, comprehensive medical benefits, and generous referral bonuses are designed to support your career and personal well-being.
