Opportunity:Advanced Practice - (CRNA) - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)Job Details:Provide 8-hour in-house anesthesia coverage with flexible scheduling options of 3, 4, or 5 eight-hour shifts per weekVariable shifts available to accommodate different scheduling preferencesHandle approximately 4 patient encounters per shift in an 8-OR department settingPerform general anesthesia for adult, pediatric, neonatal, and trauma casesProvide anesthesia services for complete orthopedic, head and spine, obstetrical, and pediatric surgical proceduresManage complex orthopedic cases, thoracic cases, and complex vascular proceduresPerform central line placement, arterial line placement, and PA catheter placementProvide ventilation management and evaluation of acute volume/BP issuesUtilize pain management techniques and transforaminal procedures for lumbar and cervical casesSupervise other CRNAs as neededMust be board certified with required certifications including ACLS, BLS, and PALSFellowship training requiredFacility:This medical center is a comprehensive healthcare facility offering a full range of surgical services across multiple specialties.
