We are seeking Senior Electrical Engineers in the St. Petersburg, FL area. This role will focus on the design and delivery of electrical systems for a variety of commercial and residential projects, with an emphasis on multi-family high-rise developments.This is a highly visible, client-facing role ideal for professionals who are confident communicators, technically strong, and interested in mentoring and leading others.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign electrical systems for multi-family, commercial, and mixed-use projectsServe as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring professional communication and relationship managementLead project coordination from concept through construction documentationUtilize Revit for design, modeling, and documentationCollaborate with internal teams, architects, and external stakeholdersReview and ensure accuracy of plans, specifications, and calculationsMentor and support junior staff; delegate tasks and oversee deliverablesParticipate in project meetings and provide technical expertiseQualificationsMid-Level Electrical Engineer4-7 years of experience in electrical designAt least 3-4 years working on multi-family or similar building types (e.g., apartments, hotels, condos, student housing)Additional experience in commercial projects such as offices, restaurants, schools, or healthcare facilities is acceptableSenior Electrical Engineer5-8 years of experience in electrical designStrong background in multi-family high-rise or similar large-scale building projectsProven experience leading projects and mentoring team membersRequired for Both LevelsBachelor's degree in Electrical EngineeringProfessional Engineer (PE) License requiredProficiency in RevitExperience designing building systems comparable to firm's project portfolioStrong client-facing communication skills and professional presenceLeadership ability, including mentoring and delegation
