EAS is committed to delivering exceptional service and expertise that exceeds client expectations.What You'll DoConduct and support Phase I ESAs in accordance with ASTM International standards (E1527-21) in addition to desktop reviews and Transaction Screening ProcessesPerform site inspections, historical research, and regulatory database reviewsPrepare clear, concise, and defensible Phase I reportsIdentify Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) and support recommendationsCoordinate with internal teams and clients on project deliverablesSupport additional due diligence and environmental projects as neededQualifications1-3 years of experience in environmental consulting (Phase I ESA experience requiredProven ability to independently execute Phase I ESAs from initiation through report completion, including site inspections, historical research, and REC evaluationExposure to field sampling (soil, groundwater, and/or soil vapor) is a plus, offering opportunities to support a broader range of environmental services and ability to read, analyze and dictate remediation reportsEnvironmental Assessments, Field Investigations, and Data Analysis skillsExperience in Report Writing, Technical Documentation, and Presentation DevelopmentKnowledge of State and Federal Environmental Regulations and Compliance StandardsProficiency in GIS mappingProject Management and Coordination SkillsStrong communication and collaboration abilities with internal and external stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or a related field is required, Master's degree in related field preferred1-3 years experience in assisting in Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) in addition to ESAs is highly valued and will be considered a strong differentiatorWhy Join UsOpportunity to take ownership of projects early in your careerExposure to a wide variety of sites and clientsCollaborative, supportive team environmentClear path for growth and advancementBenefits & LocationThis is a full-time, salaried, in-person role based in St. Petersburg, Florida, with an immediate start date for the right candidate.We offer a competitive salary aligned with experience, plus a strong benefits package including generous PTO, a 401(k) plan, and a health insurance stipend.
