As an armed Patrol Officer supporting a utilities location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and help to identify and report security-related concerns while providing strong customer service and clear communication. You will respond to incidents, document activities, and collaborate with site teams to support smooth operations. Respond to alarms, incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site operations and/or public responders as directed. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, yards and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized access, suspicious activity and/or theft. Control access at gates and/or entry points by verifying identification, authorizations and deliveries, and documenting visitor and vehicle activity per post orders. Complete detailed reports, maintain required armed post equipment, and communicate security-related observations to Allied Universal supervision and site leadership.Minimum Requirements: Have at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
