Description We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in Woodbury, Minnesota. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in driving full-cycle recruitment efforts across various corporate and engineering roles. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about talent acquisition. Responsibilities: - Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. - Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for corporate and engineering positions. - Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms to streamline hiring processes and maintain candidate records. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best hiring practices. - Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience for current and future openings. - Ensure compliance with all hiring regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment process. - Leverage recruitment tools such as Paradox to enhance efficiency and candidate engagement. - Conduct market research on industry trends to stay ahead in talent acquisition strategies. - Foster strong relationships with candidates to create a positive recruitment experience. - Participate in skilled nursing recruitment efforts as needed. Requirements - Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting across corporate and engineering roles. - Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools like Paradox. - Strong ability to source and engage candidates through various platforms and networks. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with hiring teams and candidates. - Knowledge of compliance regulations and best practices in recruitment. - Familiarity with skilled nursing recruitment is a plus. - Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. - Demonstrated success in building talent pipelines and managing multiple roles simultaneously.
