This role manages the product line internally day-to-day, using agile methodologies to define release product needs and features in alignment with product strategy. They work closely with product stakeholders to develop specifications for consumption by development teams and clearly communicate the product vision, roadmap, and customer value.*This role will be Hybrid (2-days a week in office) and it is required that you are located within 50 miles of our Corporate Offices in either Mendota Heights, MN or Loveland, CO. In-person attendance is expected to foster collaboration, innovation, and team connection.Essential FunctionsPartner cross-functionally to draft, manage, and maintain a detailed roadmap based upon product and release strategyCollaborate cross-functionally to prioritize product backlog provide input on timing and readiness for planned production releases Create and facilitate feature requirements, user stories, and user interface design changes; work with technical teams to ensure readiness for developmentApprove sprint deliverables, balance feedback and ensure solutions meet product requirements and enable overall product healthCoordinate and assist with beta process and resolution of product resolution issues across stakeholders and development teamIdentify and manage risks at the release and iteration level in partnership with team managersAssist with quality related tasks and complete quality training as required for products under scope of regulatory quality managementEnsure that training content is created and delivered for new product functionality; provide customer production issue escalation assistance and oversight to ensure resolutionParticipates in, and may lead, daily stand-ups, refinement, story review, sprint planning, and retrospectivesStay current with industry trends, platform roadmaps, technological advancements, and best practices in product ownership and product managementComply with Company and department policies and standards; performs other duties as assignedEssential Functions: CorporateSAP: Partner with the Product Manager to draft and manage the roadmap based on the business and release strategiesAdditional ResponsibilitiesProvide domain expertise to assist with user experience planningParticipate in (and in some cases lead) customer and vendor meetingsMinimum RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain and Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent education and/or experience2 years of experience providing ownership or direction for Supply Chain/Logistics or Order Management in an ERP environmentExperience with Agile methodologies or Scrum frameworkPreferred Requirements3 years of SAP or other ERP experience with requirements gathering, design, development, or configuration, and implementation of third-party solutionsSAP: SAP certificationCertified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO or similar agile certification)Skills and AbilitiesStrong verbal and written communications; ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels in the organizationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; critical thinking and a data-driven approach to decision-makingStrong organizational, attention to detail, and follow-up skills; ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple assignments and meet assigned deadlinesAbility to work effectively within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environmentKnowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps or similar SDLC management toolsKnowledge of animal health and dental industries is helpful.
