We value the diverse talents and experiences our employees bring to Patterson and believe that they build a stronger and successful organization.As an accountant, you will be responsible for the financial accounting & controls for the business. the primary responsibilities of the role will include facilitating the monthly close process and ensuring the proper maintenance of accounting controls and processes.*This role will be Hybrid (2-days a week in office) and it is required that you are located within 50 miles of our Corporate Offices in either Mendota Heights, MN or Loveland, CO. In-person attendance is expected to foster collaboration, innovation, and team connection.Essential FunctionsTo perform this job successfully, an employee must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation. To request a reasonable accommodation, notify Human Resources or the manager who oversees the position.Support monthly accounting close process for the business.Prepare key accounting analyses and related journal entries, account reconciliations and management reports.Preparations of financial statistics and information at appropriate daily, weekly, and monthly intervalsSupport business projects from an accounting and control perspectiveSupport a strong control environment.
