Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A contract opportunity is available for two Occupational Therapists specializing in school-based services from approximately August 6, 2026, to May 26, 2027. This role is located in a school setting in Saint Marys, KS, with assignments primarily serving elementary grade levels. The position offers a full-time schedule ranging from 35 to 40 hours per week with caseloads that may vary.Key Responsibilities:Provide occupational therapy services to students, focusing on developmental and functional needs.Manage Medicaid billing to ensure proper documentation and reimbursement.Collaborate with educators, parents, and other therapy professionals to support student progress.Maintain accurate student records and treatment plans in compliance with school policies.Qualifications and Experience:Valid and current Occupational Therapy license.CPR certification required.Experience working with elementary-age students in a school setting preferred.Knowledge of Medicaid billing procedures.Strong communication and organizational skills.Location:Saint Marys, KSTopeka Public Schools area assignments involving client caseload locations likely in Topeka, KS.This contract assignment offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the educational environment by supporting student health and development.
