Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. - HIGHLY PREFERRED Current Basic Life Support Certification Prior experience as a Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing At least 3 - 5 years of nursing experience. Infection Preventionist Certification (or obtain within 6 months of hire, free program offered through CMS) Experience in Matrix EMR. - HIGHLY PREFERRED BLS
