Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on physician prescriptions and comprehensive evaluations.Use manual therapy, modalities, exercise, and strength training to promote recovery.Guide patients through therapy sessions aimed at restoring function and enabling return to daily activities and work.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Document progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed to meet patient goals.Required Skills: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, modalities, and manual therapy.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster patient trust and motivation.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to patient safety and ethical standards.Nice to Have Skills: Experience with outpatient or inpatient rehabilitation settings.Skills in therapeutic exercise and strength training.Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations.Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.Preferred Education and Experience: Master s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent).At least 1 year of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred.Other Requirements: Ability to work Monday through Friday during daytime hours.Valid driver s license and reliable transportation if travel is required.Additional certifications relevant to specialized therapy techniques are a plus.This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to patient recovery in a rewarding environment.
