What You'll DoAs a DSP, your role will vary depending on the program, but your impact will always be significant.Residential DSPs (Early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, overnights): You'll assist individuals in their homes with daily living activities including meal preparation, medication support, hygiene, transportation, and housekeeping. You'll also help teach important life skills such as budgeting, relationship-building, and decision-making.
