Your New RolePay Range: $14.25 - $17.79 / hour; based on experience.Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm & 4 pm - 8 pmFriday - Saturday: 8:30 am - 12:30 pmResponsibilities:Our Kids Club Team Members create unforgettable experiences for Chuze members and their children. While guardians enjoy our club facilities, the Kids Club team ensures their children are active, entertained, and most of all, safe in our care. Your shift will be a dynamic blend of warm greetings, enriching experiences for little Chuzers, and, of course, ensuring our space sparkles with cleanliness.Uphold a positive, friendly, and caring environment within the Kids Club by running fun, enriching activities for childrenComplete daily cleaning tasks throughout all areas of the club and ensure the facilities are always extraordinarily clean for our members and little ChuzersMaintain a positive relationship with all members, guests, and little Chuzers, providing information on membership offerings and assisting with club amenities and equipment functionsPrioritize the safety of all children within the Kids ClubAssist in all aspects of Kids Club operations, including child sign-ups, checking children in and out, and answering phonesYour Perks:Free MAX Chuze Fitness membership401kDiscounts on all Chuze retail and Chuze Blends purchasesChuzer Referral Incentive ProgramFree First Aid/CPR certificationEngaging and dynamic work environment with growth opportunitiesAdditional benefits available to Full-time Chuzers.Your Skills:Requirements:Minimum of 18 years of ageHigh school graduate or equivalent1 year of experience working with children ages six months to twelve yearsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a positive rapport with children and guardiansTeam-based mindset with the capacity to receive and deliver feedbackStrong attention to detail and multitasking skillsPreferences:Previous customer service experienceBilingualPhysical Abilities:Able to read, write, and speak clearly in EnglishWalking, bending, kneeling, and repetitive arm movementStanding for long periodsPhone and computer operationsAbility to lift at least 50lbs Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
