The main duty of a Budtender is to provide excellent customer service to medical and recreational customers. Budtenders build relationships with customers in order to advise them on potential benefits of different products and strains based on their wants and needs.This is a SALES position. There will be sales goals for the stores that the budtenders will work towards.
