Job Description:
As a CNC Operator at MacLean-Fogg's Saegertown facility, you will play a key role in producing high-precision components used in the aerospace, military, automotive, and industrial markets. You will operate CNC machinery to meet strict quality standards, contribute to a clean and safe work environment, and help drive our commitment to operational excellence.Job DetailsPosition Type: Hourly, Full-Time (Non-Exempt)Shifts:Shift 1: 7:00am - 3:00pmShift 2: 3:00pm - 11pmShift 3: 11:00pm - 7:00amPay Range: $ $24.00/hour (depending on skills and experience)Shift Differential: +$1.00 for 2nd shift and +$0.75 for 3rd shiftWork Location: Onsite - Saegertown, Pennsylvania 16433Key ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC lathes, mills, and/or multi-axis machining centers to manufacture precision components.Load raw materials and monitor machine operation to ensure adherence to spect finished components using precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and terpret blueprints and job travelers accurately.Perform routine maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and machine adjustments as needed.Document production information accurately and completely.Maintain an organized and clean workspace following 5S standards.Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures and protocols.Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.Perform other duties as assigned.Skills/CompetenciesAbility to follow detailed verbal and written work fort with reading technical drawings and using basic measuring instruments.Solid mechanical aptitude and a commitment to craftsmanship.Basic computer literacy and math skills.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members and leadership.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.Previous machine operation experience strongly preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.Demonstrated work history with steady employment and minimal gaps.Proven reliability and punctuality to support production schedules.About MacLean-Fogg At MacLean-Fogg, you'll be part of a global manufacturing leader with a 100-year legacy of innovation and excellence.
