Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a CRM Specialist - salesforce to join their team. As a CRM Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Engagement Department supporting the Global CRM Team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title:CRM Specialist - Salesforce Location: Onsite at Rancho Cordova, CA Pay Range: $40-42/hr Duration: 6 Months What's the Job? Must have strong Salesforce knowledgewill be creating Admin credentials, Candidates with SF certification level 1-2 preferred level 3 as a bonus. Role will be completely focused on run-the-business activity - Data Cleanup in Salesforce QA experience is always good -will be checking admins work, and visa-versa, communication is a plus, APEX and FLOW knowledge is bonus - data language for salesforce. Support the development of the Customer Base platform and segmentation clustering. Identify opportunities to enhance data collection and management; assist in the development of CRM programs, in line with given objectives. Assist in maintaining the customer platform and customer segmentation. Support the Global CRM Team during the implementation of the CRM platform. Assist in defining use cases for Sales, Service, and Marketing functions that are used as criteria for CRM processes. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related experience. 2+ years of CRM experience and/or Marketing experience. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical skills, results driven, good understanding of CRM systems and exposure to segmentation projects. Strong project management with a focus on execution and rigorous implementation.
