Job Description:Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm specializing in labor and employment law, is seeking an experienced Attorney Practice Coordinator (Legal Secretary) for its Sacramento office. This role supports multiple attorneys in a fast-paced litigation environment and requires a high level of organization, communication, and attention to detail. This is a hybrid position, with 3 days per week in-office.Key Responsibilities:Manage file organization and legal document productionDraft, proofread, and edit legal correspondence and filingsHandle extensive e-filing in state and federal courtsMaintain and manage multiple attorney calendars, deadlines, and court datesCoordinate communication with attorneys, clients, courts, and internal teamsPrepare and finalize legal documents for filing and serviceBuild Tables of Authorities (TOA) and Tables of Contents (TOC)Maintain documents in NetDocuments and other systemsAssist with new client matter intake and administrative processesCoordinate document production, transcription, and filingsEnsure compliance with court rules and civil proceduresQualifications:10+ years of litigation legal secretary or similar experience (supporting multiple attorneys)Strong knowledge of state and federal court filing procedures (ECF)Advanced experience with TOA/TOC (Best Authority) requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and AdobeExperience with NetDocuments, BigHand, or similar document management systemsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage competing prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTrial experience preferredBachelor's degree preferredAdditional Details:Location: Sacramento, CASchedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)Employment Type: Full-Time
